In the provision of healthcare services at Dr. Ali Tecirli Clinic, we process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Law) and your consent. The scope of personal data processing includes recording, processing, storing, updating, and transferring data to third parties where permitted by legislation. We would like to inform you about our mutual rights and obligations within the scope of the legislation:

All your personal data, including health data (such as identity information, phone number, address, insurance number, illnesses, etc.), is processed for the necessity of establishing a contract, protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, planning and management of health services and their financing; notifying you about your appointment if you have scheduled one; fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements; invoicing for our services; verifying your identity; sharing requested information with the Ministry of Health and other public institutions and organizations in accordance with relevant legislation; sharing requested information with private insurance companies within the scope of health services financing; responding to any questions or complaints related to our services; taking all necessary technical and administrative measures for data security within our systems and applications; processing for research and similar purposes. Your personal data is processed in compliance with the data processing and retention periods stated in the legal regulations related to the provision of healthcare services.

2. Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through websites, social media, call centers, mobile applications, and similar means, and can be stored in both digital and physical environments.

3. Your collected personal data, in accordance with the basic principles envisaged by the Law and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes stated in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, and for the purposes mentioned above, may be shared with our clinic, the Ministry of Health, its sub-units, and family medicine centers, private insurance companies (health, retirement, and life insurance, etc.), the Social Security Institution, the General Directorate of Security and other law enforcement agencies, the General Directorate of Population, the Turkish Pharmacists' Association, prosecutors and courts, laboratories within the country or abroad that we cooperate with for medical diagnosis, medical centers and third parties providing health services, the health institution to which the patient is referred or the health institution to which the patient applies, representatives you have duly authorized, third parties from whom we receive consultancy, regulatory and supervisory institutions and official authorities, our suppliers and support service providers that we cooperate with or whose services we use, within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

4. During the provision of healthcare services at our clinic, we take sufficient and necessary technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data processed in compliance with data protection legislation.

5. Regarding your processed personal data, you have the right to learn whether personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, access your personal health data and request these data, learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, learn the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction in case of incorrect processing, request the deletion or destruction of personal data, request notification of the correction to third parties to whom it has been transferred in case of incorrect processing, object to the outcome that emerges against you through analysis by automatic systems, and request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of personal data.

6. You can exercise your rights by submitting a petition to us. Your request will be evaluated and the result will be communicated to you within thirty days at the latest.

7. Consent Statement: I hereby acknowledge that I have been duly informed, read, and understood the text, and explicitly consent to the processing of my personal data as specified herein, including its transfer to Dr. Ali Tecirli Clinic and the aforementioned real and legal persons, without being under any influence.
